Candice Carr, Curriculum Consultant

Candice Carr has a long history with KMS, she has been a teacher, administrator, and a consultant at KMS over the past twenty years. She is also a KMS alumni. Over the past 20 years Candice has been involved with education in multiple areas, from teaching and administration to legal representation of charter schools. She has a passion for curriculum and is constantly exploring how curriculum can be designed to be more student-directed, investigation-based, and inclusive.

Candice has studied General and Special Education at Bank Street College, has a B.A. (Political Science/Black Studies) from San Francisco State University, and a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law.
